Who We Are

One Body One Hope is a bi-national non-profit that has been partnering with a collective of churches in Liberia, West Africa for fifteen years. What began as a sponsorship program for 35 children who were being raised by Emmanuel and Fatu Bimba, has grown into a flourishing and ever-growing sisterhood of churches, schools, children's homes, a commercial farm, community development projects, a growing microfinance program, and so much more.

Our Mission

Our perennial mission is to facilitate redevelopment through relationship by allowing our Liberian counterparts to cast vision and set the direction for new outreach and endeavors. In the years that we have been in ministry together, we have formed deep friendships and an enduring trust for one another and for God's leading as he continues to grow One Body One Hope in ways that we could have never imagined possible. The Spirit-sized dreams that have been planted in the hearts of our friends require us to be thoughtful, diligent partners as we seek to find ways to encourage, support, and sustain the work of sharing the Good News of the gospel in every corner of Liberia--and beyond.

Join Us

Over the next month, we invite you engage with us through email and social media to learn more about the ministry of One Body One Hope and the ways that God is working in Liberia and in our American communities. We believe that when we join the Lord in blessing the nations, we often receive even more than we give. This upside-down kingdom work is surprising, joyful, and transformative. Join with us as we spend ourselves on behalf of the Kingdom of Jesus!
